The Story Begins…
Set in the year 2402, our story unfolds in the aftermath of Frontier Day, heavily inspired by Star Trek: Picard. Though the Borg and Changeling threat was contained, intelligence now reveals a far more insidious danger: Section 31 sleeper cells operating deep within Federation territory. Their hidden agenda threatens peace, stability, and the very ideals of the Federation.

The week had been relentless. Starfleet duties, Academy schedules, ship inspections, and the ever-growing to-do lists of the Reacher household had left everyone exhausted. Eska was sitting in the randomly generated cave in the Holosuite. There was a small fire burning in the center of the cave. There was some form of animal sitting on a rock shard, cooking. Her mind was still spinning from the horrid thing she had done. She dumped her lunch upon a Captain, and not just any Captain, but the wife of the Admiral on this station.

The hot sand gave way and they eventually found themselves in a dark cave. Crystaline formations that would take days to document adorned the walls. Walls that for the most part looked natural, until they revealed obvious geological modifications.
Sharp edges on the corners and supports that looked like they were formed seamlessly on the rock itself. The air was damp and any sounds that were made they were suspiciously snuffed out as they reached the deeper passages.

I lean back in my chair with my legs extended, my arms crossed on my stomach, and my eyes closed. I’m not napping, Denobulans don’t nap, I am not even meditating, but I’m closer to the latter than the former. I’m just in the moment, getting the feel for my new ship, my new assignment.
I can hear the faint hum of the aquarium I’ve just set up. Getting the right balance of chemicals, temperature, and saltiness each time I move is always tricky, even with the tricorder, which I almost always carry. But it’s an enjoyable challenge that has…

First Officer's log supplemental.
While this is my first duty station for Starfleet, I am happy to announce that I'm the new Executive Officer on Starbase 113. Happily to say, I'm pleased with this assignment. Nevertheless, being on the starbase was actually something I wanted to do. Starships isn't exactly my forte, but Starbase 113 has been. It has been a dream to be on board.
Furthermore, I must say adjusting to the new environment has been exceptionally well for my transition. Never have I once ever thought that being on Starbase 113 would come true, but it did.
