All Hands

One month has passed since the events aboard Starbase 113. With the diplomatic incident and subsequent proceedings now behind them, Vice Admiral Jack Reacher remains in command of Beta Quadrant Operations Theater.

Starfleet has begun transferring Reacher's command staff and other Beta Quadrant personnel aboard the USS Halo, which will serve as Reacher's primary base of operations moving forward.

For the moment, there is no crisis to solve and no enemy waiting on the other side of the viewscreen. The crew's immediate responsibility is simply to report aboard, settle into their new assignments, reconnect with one another, and prepare the Halo for whatever comes next.
